Guidelines for submitting articles to the Journal of Korea Trade |
1. When submitting an article, please refer to the publication schedule of the Journal of Korea Trade (hereafter, JKT; accepted at any time, published at the end of February, April, May, June, August, October, November, and December of each year), and determine the required submission date.
2. The author must be a member of the Korea Trade Research Association (hereafter, KTRA), and in the case of a joint research paper with two or more authors, all authors must be members of the KTRA. However, if after joining the KTRA, the approval of full membership is canceled, the author shall lose their right to submit. But in the case of foreign authors (non-Korean authors), the membership requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
3. When submitting an article, submit it through the online submission system, and specify the corresponding author, affiliation, contact information, and e-mail address. If the article is a revised or supplemented version of a conference paper, indicate that fact.
4. Submit the manuscript in Ms Word .docx format, after checking it according to the JKT guidelines for writing a manuscript. The annual fee must be paid in advance at the time of submission.
5. The length of the manuscript should be ≤ 20 sheets of A4 paper.
6. If the paper is accepted for publication, the obligations of the author(s), including the publication fee, shall be in accordance with the bylaws established by the KTRA.
7. The KTRA will provide the author with a copy of the journal containing the published article to the author, while a separate reprint in the form of a PDF file can be downloaded by the author from the website of the KTRA.
8. All expenses related to the journal (publication fees, etc.) shall be paid to the journal account (KEB Hana Bank 250-890001-12004; depository: Korea Trade Research Association).
